here goes nothing

clean eating seems to be the trend lately,
and for a good reason.
everyone i talk to who does it swears by it
and tells me how worth it it is.
lately, i've been lethargic, cranky and anxious,
i get a lot of headaches and my clothes aren't fitting right.
it's about time i give this a shot.
for 30 days, i will be doing the following challenge:

1. no processed food or fast food (except for diet coke)
2. no bread
3. box at least three times a week
4. 100 squats each day (except on the days i box)
5. 20 mins of stretching each day
6. write down everything i eat

i'm hoping to follow this diet plan as closely as possible.
i had to blog about this so i'm more accountable.
if anyone wants to do it with me, let me know!
otherwise, stay tuned for an update in 30 days
(because i know you are totally on pins and needles haha).

  3. Awesome! We went vegan about a year ago and it was life-changing. And it really cut down processed foods without thinking about it much (except oreos which are vegan :)) Good luck and thanks for stopping by my blog!

  6. I'm with ya sister - my body is just the most depressing thing. I started that paleo challenge too! Ive been doing it for 3 weeks! Meg and Katie are doing it too. Good luck to the both of us! But you don't need it, you are already tiny! xo
